Project Blue Beam: Serge Monast and the global theory of conspiracy
It has all the characteristics to become the Global Theory of Conspiracy and according to its supporters would involve Governments, HAARP, the Norwegian Spiral, FEMA concentration camps, the Illuminati, chemtrails and even Tupac Shakur: Project Blue Beam is an alleged worldwide conspiracy perpetrated by NASA in collaboration with CIA and CICAP.
The first person to bring it to light in 1994 was a Québécois investigative journalist, Serge Monast: according to him, the aforementioned organizations are trying to establish a New Age religion led by the Antichrist because the spread of a single global religion is considered an ideological "conditio sine qua non" on which founding the so-called New World Order: The survival of many religious beliefs is an insurmountable obstacle to the political and social unification plans of the planetary population.

Project Blue Beam Conspiracy is extremely structured and would consist of 4 phases:
- Demolition of all archaeological knowledge and religious conviction through the 'programmed discovery' of ancient archaeological finds in precise areas of the planet often following artificial earthquakes: these discoveries will be so revolutionary as to undermine all the religious certainties cultivated by the present peoples of the world, leading them to believe that they have misinterpreted their beliefs for centuries. The ultimate goal would be to support the 'baselessness' of creationist cosmogony and the incompatibility of traditional religious dictates with human nature.
- Divine projections in the sky: in different parts of the world, the sky and the ionosphere will be used as jumbotrons on which will be projected three-dimensional optical holograms depicting divine subjects with lot of sounds and animations. Such projections will see the the transfiguration of the various known deities (Jesus, Muhammad, Khrisna...) in the 'new Messiah' - Maitreya, Enlightened Master - who with his words will inaugurate the institution of the new world religion: he will explain that ancient religions will have to be abolished, as misleading, and replaced by a new, single religion whose goal will be to unite peoples.
- Mental control: every single person on the planet will be persuaded to have a direct relationship of communication with the new god through a bombardment of radiation pulses by satellite (ELF VLF LF) which will provoke a deep conditioning of individual thought, determining the phenomenon known as 'diffuse artificial thought Control'. According to the requirements of the New World Order, for which no individual should have a personality of his own, any person 'antisocial' should be considered a 'danger' and likely to 'improvements' imposed compulsorily, in full style "A Clockwork Orange".
- Total control: to stifle any residual resistance and to consolidate the New Power, humanity will live under the constant threat of an extraterrestrial invasion and a mass alien abduction. Everyone will be monitored constantly, thanks to a very thick control network that involves any electronic device possible and the installation of subcutaneous chips. Only in the face of total chaos and permanent psychological disorder, survivors will accept the New World Order as the only way to end an era of destruction and misery.

Serge Monast and another journalist, both of whom were researching Project Blue Beam, died of alleged "heart attacks" (which are one of the methods of death induced by Project Blue Beam) within weeks of each other: neither had a history of heart disease.
“Goodness is something chosen. When a man cannot choose he ceases to be a man.”
-Anthony Burgess, A Clockwork Orange
